Fred and his crew are honest, organized, and talented craftsmen who do high quality work. As the GC, Fred was extremely easy to work with, kept all work moving at a good pace, and we always felt like the project was in good hands. They were respectful of the neighbors, and made a conscious effort to minimize the impact that their work and equipment might have on them. From the original estimate to the last nail set, we were very happy with all aspects of the construction.
